Hazlehead Golf Course
Hazlehead offers three beautiful scenic courses and a pitch and putt course.
Our Premier No.1 Course was designed by the golf architect, Alistair McKenzie, who was better known for designing Augusta National in America. The Course provides a challenging test of golf skills with shrubs and woodland being a hazard for any wayward shots. Several well-known competitions are held here regularly.
- No.1 Course - 18 Hole Course 6224 yards / 5690m - par 70
The No.2 Course, originally was a nine-hole course, until 1970's when it was extended and designed by Hugget, Coles and Dyer. It has a more open aspect than No.1 and its stunning setting is maybe more suited for higher handicap players.
- No.2 Course - 18 Hole Course 5764 yards / 5270m - par 67
The Nine Hole Course has broad fairways and a marked absence of rough, making it the perfect starting point for the keen beginner. The best known hole on this course is the Sahara, the only desert with grass which is a massive 503 yards, par 5. This course is ideal for golfers who just want a quick game.
- 9 Hole Course - 2770 yards / 2531m - par 35
A 9 hole Pitch and Putt compliments the three courses.
