Aberdeen Art Gallery

AAG G1.jpgAberdeen Art Gallery is one of the City's most popular tourist attractions which originally opened in 1885.

It's home to a fine art collection with appropriate examples of 19th, 20th and 21st century works, a rich and variegated art collection and an interesting programme of special exhibitions and events.

We also offer an opinion service on works of art, archaeological finds, coins and artefacts. Please bring your item to the Gallery Shop for a curator to examine and it will be returned to you with a written opinion. We are not able to provide valuations.

We offer a wide range of learning and outreach activities at Aberdeen Art Gallery & Museums. We enjoy working with schools, community groups, adult learners and general visitors at our venues. Get in touch if you'd like to find out more.
